The process of getting a real estate license may have been easier as mostly it is now automated or computerized but that doesn't mean that passing the exam for the license has been made easier as well. It is still difficult and students will still have to train and prepare for it well. My suggestion for those who wants to take the license is to always be prepared and always study their courses.
